It is my pleasure to announce that I have re-activated my real estate license and have teamed up with Auction Management Corporation based in Atlanta Georgia.
I have known Jeb Howell, the President of AMC for several years and have worked with him on some of our Georgia auctions in the past. AMC is a Real Estate Auction leader. They have conducted auctions for most of the major banking and financial institutions, The Federal Bankruptcy Court, and conducted the auction for The International Olympic Committee after the Olympic Games were held in Atlanta. Jeb was one of the first auctioneers in the country to conduct large multi-property auctions in a ballroom setting, a trend that he continues to this day with his "Atlanta Quarterly Auctions". Jeb is licensed as both an auctioneer and real estate broker in over a dozen states.
In addition to real estate, AMC also conducts commercial/industrial auctions. I feel that working with Jeb and his company will be an exciting opportunity for myself and my clients.
